I'm a professional piano and music theory tutor with over 20 years of teaching experience. I graduated back in 2004 with a Bachelor of Music degree BMus (Hons). I teach students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners taking their very first lesson, to more advanced musicians looking to develop their technique, musical understanding and confidence. My lessons are taught online, allowing students from around the world to learn in a friendly, supportive and professional environment.
Music has been a lifelong passion of mine. Over the years, I have studied, performed and taught a wide range of musical styles, helping students develop not only their technical skills but also a genuine enjoyment of making music.
As a teacher, I believe that every student learns differently. My aim is to create lessons that are engaging, encouraging and tailored to each individuals goals and interests. Outside of teaching, I continue to enjoy exploring music, developing new ideas and helping students discover their own musical potential. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student grow in confidence and achieve goals that they once thought were beyond reach.
